“Humanism, feminism, and forgotten figures” with Madeleine Goodall
July 27 @ 20:00 - 21:30
This year marks the 125th anniversary of what is now Humanists UK. To mark it, The Humanist Heritage Project brings to life an often overlooked, but historically influential, aspect of our heritage – humanism and the impact it has had locally and nationally on art, literature, and social, political, and ethical culture. The project culminated in the wonderful new Humanist Heritage online resource.
The research was led by our speaker, Madeleine Goodall who will share this fascinating, and surprising, story.
